Pain Free
We've recently bought Pain Free by Pete Egoscue. I've almost finished the body part specific chapters. I highly recommend trying the website if you currently have any physical pain. I've only done 2 ten-twenty minute sessions and notice tremendous corrections in my posture. It's worked for Tara's foot and hand complaints johnny on the spot. There are other books by him and others out there, and I have not researched them or his website at all. You should all take time to run through some "e-cises".

I've been doing a lot on the diy end, alas I do not carry a camera. Ya know: sourced a hydraulic pump for a homemade garden tractor loader for a friend from another that I wish I hung out with more; regreased 6 bearings, pounded two races out, rewiring (maybe I'll get a shot of that); more scrap wood, logs; still finishing the irrigation; took some "fence" down; weed wacked a 1/4 of path to exercise the new puppy, soooooo my fault lol; working on purchasing some oil field pipe; and I mopped today too....
So here are all the things I would look into if I had the time
MIT Courses + Consortium just 5 minutes?
Interesting Engine + info
?link jacked from Keelynet???
I still want to build onto one of these air car motors

Tin foil hats
Orgone products, latest opinions of crazy designs, make your own binaural beats, sovereign citizen, strange deathbed confessions, things that ring strangely true if not perfectly described, a nearly unreadable post brings about incredible responses, and a news site that tosses in things to keep you off balance are all part of the wonderful world that keeps the web an incredible resource..... or obsession
